What to do
Offer the photo. A refusal plus white teeth and bloodshot eyes is the Visitor side. His Pale Visitor story is the origin tale, not a fixed role for him.

Also called Bearded Guy, Hunter.

From Night 2 onward, back chair at the kitchen table.

Roster checked 2026-10-09. Page updated 2026-10-17.

Who they are

Bearded Huntsman is randomized, kitchen, from night 2, sharing the table with Fortune Teller or Blinded Man. Heavy beard, short black hair, hairy arms, gray eyes, thick brows, a red flannel over a black shirt, dirt on the hands. He is harsh, would rather kill Visitors than talk to them, and leaves without much anger if you refuse him. The fixation is the topic of most of his lines.

Visitor version: white teeth, bloodshot eyes, and refusal to be photographed. The human line says the source records the alternate teeth, eye, and photo behavior. A man who will not face the camera is not automatically the Intruder. He is the guest whose article tells the Pale Visitor origin: someone turned away, back the next day taller and half-dressed, rifle snapped, watching until dawn.

That story is why the Pale Visitor page links here. It does not lock this hunter as a Visitor. Roll him with the contrast. Night 2 is early. Nun is in the living room the same night. You can check both.

He is not the Vigilante. The Vigilante is the brother's inspection on nights 10 and 12.

Roster tells

Randomized in the full release. The demo fixed him as a visitor.

Teeth and eyes first, then whether he allows the camera. Yellowed teeth and calm eyes are human. White teeth, bloodshot eyes, and a refusal to be photographed are the visitor. He flinches and allows the photo if you raise the gun, so a single 'no' is not the whole test. His tooth colors are the reverse of Sleepless Man.

Visitor version

  • White teeth, bloodshot eyes, and a refusal to be photographed until you threaten him.

Human version

  • Slightly yellowed teeth and ordinary eyes. He still dislikes the flash, but the hard refusal is the visitor behavior in the guides.

False positives

  • Dislike of cameras is his personality. Only the flat refusal, cleared by pointing the gun, is listed as the visitor photo sign.

Room conflict: Fortune Teller, Blinded Man, or Leper Guy in the back kitchen chair keep him out.

Endings and achievements

No dedicated ending is tied to this entry in the roster. Survival endings still care whether a Visitor is alive in the house on day 14.
