Who they are
Death Cult Peons are three people in one roster row: The Three Cultists. The full-release list marks that row human. They reach the office on night 8 in indigo robes, with dirty hands and red sclera. One described brother has a green iris and broken teeth. Shooting them for the eyes wastes the only cult ending and spends a guaranteed human you may need for the alone nights.
They barely talk. The article frames them as people waiting on Death and trying to worship without a fight. The second peon is the fearful one, and he admits he does not want to die if you raise the gun. Fear is not a species flip. The Death Cult Leader is the man who left them and comes back. The roster interaction is explicit: keep all three alive until that return, then accept.
The ending is May Death Cleanse Us of Our Sins, achievement ach_30. FEMA removing even one of them breaks it. Angry Guy can speak about a wife in the cult. He is not a fourth peon and cannot replace a dead one.
They share the office with whoever is already in the chairs. If Big Momma or Immortal Man is occupying the room, sort the beds before night 8.
Roster tells

Do not test them as if a clean result is available. All three cultists are guaranteed humans, and all three show dirty hands, red eyes, and fungal armpits on purpose. Keep every one of them alive and out of FEMA's hands until the leader returns if you want May Death Cleanse Us of Our Sins.

Interaction: You cannot refuse the Night 8 drop-off. If all three are still alive when the leader comes back, accepting the ritual is the cult ending.
