Who they are

Surgeon, also aliased Doctor and Old Doctor, is one of the 42 randomized guests. Storage room, from night 5 on this roster. The VHS demo introduced him as the fourth character on night 4, which is a demo schedule, not the field this site uses. Players asking whether the surgeon is human are usually staring at the eyes. He is an elderly man with white hair, faint eyebrows, perfect white teeth, and large ears. Each eye has two pupils. The coat is a blue shirt, red vest, red pants, and a white lab coat with a little blood on the left lapel. He talks to himself at the storage door.

He is not a fixed visitor. Clean hands and black spots over the heart in the photo are the human form. A rash on the hands and a multicolored aura, blue over orange in one guide, are the visitor form. Two pupils in one eye, and very white teeth, are his body in both forms. The dark heart-spots belong to the human photo. The blood spot on the coat is appearance. The demo kept him human; this roster does not.

The work history is the interesting part, and it still does not set the species. He left surgery because of paranoia and crowded rooms. He operated on a friend and placed dental implants. After hospitals closed he joined FEMA, decided the inspections were too broad, and faked papers to walk people out if he thought they were safe. The character article says one of those people was possibly Wounded Man. "Possibly" is the article's word, so this page does not confirm that link. A FEMA officer confronted him and he ran. He tells the protagonist that Visitors are not the virus the television describes, and also that he does not know what they actually are.

The roster conflict is Wireface or Creepy Guy in the center of the storage room. He does not share that spot with Man in Hazmat. Cashier Girl's corner is a different argument, with Homeless Man or Theater Guy. He has no related ending id. A kind reading of his FEMA confession is not an achievement by itself.
