What to do
Let him stay if you need a confirmed human. Do not shoot the stitches. Talk four times if you want the foreign-embassy number.

Also called FEMA Guy, Guy in FEMA Coat.

From Night 7 onward, in the bathroom.

Who they are

Man in Hazmat, aliased Mouth-Sewn Shut Guy, is a guaranteed human. Bathroom, from night 7. He shares that spot with Widowed Woman, Tourist, or Ex-Minister. The suit is a FEMA uniform with pieces missing, including the gas mask, plus a green satchel you can examine later. Skin reads blue, black hair is tied in a bun, and the pose is stiff. You cannot run the usual hand check because of how the suit is drawn. The roster says the sewn mouth and the hazard suit are not Visitor proof.

He is nervous, and the explanations for the uniform contradict each other until the conversation heats up. Four talks are the special interaction: a foreign-embassy phone number. Wireface has his own embassy paper. The guest file does not say the numbers match, so log them separately if you are working on Phone Book.

He is not the FEMA Agent. The agent wears a full mask, carries a rifle, and takes people away. This man wants a bed and a story. Confusing them is the main way a guaranteed human dies in a yellow costume.

Night 7 is also Disfigured Firefighter's fixed arrival in the living room. You can house both. They are different rooms and different errands, one a phone number and one a FEMA notice.

Roster tells

Always human. The FEMA coat does not make him a visitor.

Do not run the usual eye or armpit test on him. Those two visitor signs are stuck on a guaranteed human, and he will not take the gloves off for a hand check. If you need proof of who he is, press him over several talks until he empties his pockets and shows a FEMA ID.

Human version

  • The full-release list fixes him as human even though the red eyes and fungal armpits never go away.

False positives

  • Red eyes and fungal armpits are permanent. His photo can show red patches because he worked around visitors, and his pupils are slightly doubled.

Room conflict: Widowed Woman, the Tourist, and Ex-Minister already occupy the bathroom he wants.

Interaction: After several conversations, threaten him and he produces his FEMA identification. The embassy number belongs to Wireface, not to this man.

Endings and achievements

No dedicated ending is tied to this entry in the roster. Survival endings still care whether a Visitor is alive in the house on day 14.
