What to do
Check the armpits. Fungus is the visitor form and a clean armpit is the human one. Rank and a bare stomach are not the verdict, and he still shares the tub.

Also called The Minister, Shirtless Guy.

From Night 5 onward. He takes the bathtub.

Who they are

Ex-Minister is randomized, bathroom, from night 5. The conflict line names Widowed Woman, Man in Hazmat, or Tourist. He is heavy, shirtless, with a jolting haircut, large lips, and sweat marks across the torso. Gums bleed, teeth are yellow, eyes are brown with a sclera that may look normal or red, and the hands are hairy, sometimes wounded. The article frames him as a man who lost the office and still tries to pay for safety with whatever object or cash he is holding.

Under the threats, the same article sees shame about becoming irrelevant. Items he asks for are props for that shame. Those beats are not the check. Fungus in the armpits marks the visitor form, a clean armpit marks the human form, and his tone turns sour when he is human. The bare stomach, the sweat, and the yellow bathwater are there either way. Turn him away and he tries to bribe his way into the tub.

Night 5 is crowded. Surgeon and Creepy Guy can also appear, in storage. The minister does not unlock a phone number or an ending. Admit him only when the clue is in his favor or when you are intentionally housing a possible Visitor.

Do not confuse his title with FEMA Agent or with any real-world official. He is a fallen guest with a bathroom spot.

Roster tells

Randomized. A sweaty, shirtless arrival is his ordinary look, not a role.

Look at the armpits and listen to the attitude. Fungus there is the visitor tell; a clean armpit is the human one. The shirtless gut and the sweat he leaves in the tub are just the ex-minister being the ex-minister.

Visitor version

  • Fungus in the armpits is the one body check that marks the visitor form.

Human version

  • A clean armpit is the human form. His tone also turns sour when he is human and more forceful when he is a visitor.

False positives

  • The bare stomach, sweat, and yellow bathwater are there either way.

Room conflict: He wants the bathtub, so the widow's husband, the Tourist, and Man in Hazmat block that bathroom spot.

Interaction: Turn him away and he tries to bribe his way into the tub.

Endings and achievements

No dedicated ending is tied to this entry in the roster. Survival endings still care whether a Visitor is alive in the house on day 14.
