- What to do
- Do not use the lesions. Yellowed teeth, fungal armpits, and a plain black aura are human. White teeth, hairless armpits, and white spots on that aura are the visitor.
Also called The Leper.
Any night, back chair at the kitchen table.

Who they are
Leper Guy is randomized, kitchen, and can appear any night. Broad shoulders, black hoodie, light blue skin, a buzz cut, a short goatee. The condition covers the face enough that the left eye only opens halfway, and some of it shows on the right hand. He is afraid of FEMA and of neighbors who will label him a Visitor on sight. He even suspects the agency of causing Visitors. He fixates on the kindergarten fire and on childhood bullying, and he thinks a quarantine zone would go badly for him.
Do not use the lesions. Yellowed teeth, fungal armpits, and a plain black aura are the human form. Pure white teeth, hairless armpits, and white spots on that black aura are the visitor form. The visible skin disease is not the checklist, and the fungus is the human form. He bribes if you refuse him. Kindergarten Teacher is the guaranteed human who survived that fire. His fear of the same event does not attach him to her ending, because she does not have one.
He is not Wheelchair Guy, whose missing fingers are an actual stored contrast. Different room, different data.
House him when the teeth and the armpits agree. Shooting the visible illness contradicts the roster, which treats the fungus as the human form.
Roster tells
Randomized. The skin condition is why people already treat him as a visitor.
Do not use the lesions. Yellowed teeth, fungal armpits, and a plain black aura are human. White teeth, hairless armpits, and white spots on that black aura are the visitor. He bribes if you refuse him, and he is terrified of being labeled.
Visitor version
- Pure white teeth, hairless armpits, and white spots on a black aura.
Human version
- Slightly yellowed teeth, fungal armpits, and a black aura without those white spots.
False positives
- The visible skin disease is not the checklist. Fungus in the armpit is the human form.
Room conflict: Blinded Man, Fortune Teller, or Bearded Huntsman in the back kitchen chair block him.
Interaction: He offers a bribe if you turn him away, and he can be heard snoring by the kitchen door the next night.
Endings and achievements
No dedicated ending is tied to this entry in the roster. Survival endings still care whether a Visitor is alive in the house on day 14.

Is the skin condition a tell?
It is why he expects to be shot. The guest file does not list it as a sign.
What night?
Kitchen, any night.
Is he the Wheelchair Guy?
No. Different guest, and only the wheelchair entry has a fingertip contrast.
