What to do
Red eyes, cut hands, a rash on hairless armpits, and a black aura are the visitor. Ordinary eyes, hands, and armpits are the human. The hip wound is not that split, and the Surgeon link stays a possibility.

Also called Injured Man.

From Night 8 onward, right side of the office couch.

Who they are

Wounded Man is randomized, office, from night 8. Middle-aged, balding, facial hair, hazel eyes, crust at the eyes, earwax, a grimace. An overcoat hides a bleeding wound at the left hip. The undershirt is soaked and still readable on many sprites. He is in too much pain to talk about anything else at first, and the article says he lies about how the wound happened. Dodging the question is character. It is not a tell row.

Red eyes, cut hands, a rash on hairless armpits, and a black aura are the visitor form. Ordinary eyes, hands, and armpits, with no black marks, are the human form. Sources disagree on whether the human hands are dirty, so that part is a weak call. Surgeon's article says he may have faked FEMA papers for this man. The word is possibly. Letting the Wounded Man in can push a cultist off the couch and ruin the cult ending. He also bribes if you refuse him.

He is not Disfigured Firefighter, who is a guaranteed human with burns and a notice on night 7 in the living room. Different injury, different room, different rule. Night 8 is one night later.

No ending. House him only on a clue you trust.

Roster tells

Randomized. He was shot, and the story he tells about who did it changes.

Use eyes, armpits, and the photo together, and do not hang the decision on the hands. Calm eyes, a calm armpit, and a photo without black marks are the human set. Red eyes, a rash on a hairless armpit, cuts, and a black aura are the visitor set. The sources disagree about whether the human hands look dirty, so treat the hands as support only.

Visitor version

  • Red eyes, cut hands, a rash on hairless armpits, and black marks or a black aura with a red head in the photo.

Human version

  • Ordinary eyes, hands, and armpits, with no black marks in the photo, are the human set in the symptom table.

False positives

  • The character page says his human hands are dirty while the visitor's are not, which fights the guide table. A dirty or cut hand by itself is a weak call.

Room conflict: He takes a cultist's couch seat if the peons are already there. Deadbeat Mom shares that couch.

Interaction: He bribes if you refuse him. Let him in and he will displace one cultist, which can ruin the cult ending.

Endings and achievements

No dedicated ending is tied to this entry in the roster. Survival endings still care whether a Visitor is alive in the house on day 14.
