- What to do
- Treat Babushka as a Visitor. Old age, a lazy eye, and a request for a stool are not a human certification on this list.
Also called Old Lady, Elderly Woman, Granny.
From Night 4 onward, in the living-room armchair.

Who they are
Babushka is the guest players also call Old Lady, Elderly Woman, or Granny. The Granny article on the wiki is this same entry, not a second person, which is why this site does not publish two pages. She is a guaranteed Visitor in the living room from night 4. The roster's species line is the decision. Route details past that identity are marked unconfirmed in the guest file, so this page does not invent a secret humane ending for her.
She looks like a short, heavyset older woman with a sagging face, gray hair under a headscarf, and dark brown eyes. The left eye sits high, a lazy-eye presentation. Most of the teeth are gone: the article counts two on the lower left and one on the upper right. She asks for a stool and calls the homeowner pet names. The article reads the softness as something she plays up, while allowing that the mobility problem may be real age. Either way, the species field does not move.
Push the conversation, or refuse her, and the harmless framing thins out. She is grouped with the other fixed Visitors, beside Coat Guy and Cat Lady in the same room across the month. A living-room bed given to her is a Visitor housed on purpose. Check the endings hub before the last day if your finale counts living Visitors.
GameRant tables sometimes file her under Old Lady. Use the roster name Babushka when you are matching this site's list, or you will think a guest is missing.
Roster tells
Always a visitor in the full release.
There is no human version to compare. She is fixed as a visitor: count six fingers, watch the left eye disappear as the face slumps during a long talk, and expect a rainbow halo around a black silhouette. Those are confirmations, not a test you can pass by finding one clean feature.
Visitor version
- Six fingers on the hands, a face that melts across a long conversation, and a rainbow ring around a black photo silhouette.
Room conflict: Angry Guy or the depressed twin in the cushioned armchair takes the chair she uses.
Endings and achievements
No dedicated ending is tied to this entry in the roster. Survival endings still care whether a Visitor is alive in the house on day 14.
FAQ

Yes. Guaranteed Visitor, also aliased Old Lady, Elderly Woman, and Granny.
Is Granny a different character?
No. The Granny article describes this guest. One page covers the name.
When does she arrive?
Living room, from night 4.
Do the missing teeth make her human?
No. The teeth are part of the sprite. The species field is already Visitor.
