Who they are
Creepy Guy is a randomized guest, not a guaranteed Visitor and not a guaranteed human. Search interest around the name is high because the sprite looks like a punchline, and because he was added for a Patreon supporter during the Usual Suspects era of the cast. This page does not pin him to a specific hotfix number. The roster fact is enough to play him: storage room, able to show up from night 5, identity rolled per run.
The look is consistent even when the role is not. Light blue tank top, black pants, black socks, long brown hair behind the ears, skin with a purple tint, a worried face, and a grin that stays wide. At the storage door he mutters and shakes. That behavior is how you recognize him in the queue. It is not a test result. The stored split is the teeth, the armpits, and the aura. Dirty or rotting teeth, hair in the armpits, and a bright pale-pink aura are the visitor. Slightly yellowed teeth, clean-shaven armpits, and a bright purple aura are the human. The nervous laugh and the nail-picking happen either way. Eye-movement and earwax charts stay off the decision line.
Conversation fills in a person rather than a species. He talks about being bullied, about killing a bully, about roughly ten years locked up, about medication, and about a stay at the Hope Hotel. Lines often end in a giggle. He picks at his nails, bites his cheeks, and talks about pain as if it feels good. None of that biography flips the random flag. A human Creepy Guy and a Visitor Creepy Guy can share the same hotel story.
The roster conflict for his spot is Surgeon or Wireface in the center of the storage room. He does not bribe. If the bed is the only empty one and you need a known human, he is the wrong gamble. If the nightly clue gives you a clean read, use that read and move on. Do not shoot him for smiling.
