What to do
Treat her as a Visitor even if you let her in for a route. If two or more Visitors are alive in the house, later nights have her killing other guests until she is shot. Letting that continue kills the protagonist.

Also called Cashier, Cashier Woman, Cashier Lady.

Always Night 1. She lives in the storage room.

Who they are

Cashier Girl, also called Cashier or Cashier Woman in aliases, is one of the six guaranteed Visitors. She stands in the storage-room corner. The guest file shares that spot with Homeless Man and Theater Guy. In the 2025 demo she was described as the only person using storage. This roster's first-night field says she always arrives on night 1. The character article's "second character on the second night" wording does not match that field. Play the roster night, and treat the article's timing as a possible demo or wording difference that is not verified here.

She is barefoot, in a blue T-shirt and brown pants, with a short red bob and a meek face. The right shoulder is badly out of proportion with the rest of the body. Teeth are perfectly white, nails are dirty, eyes are green, and the sclera is red with a black spot. The character article's trivia calls her the only guest whose Visitor sign row is a complete match and whose human row is not applicable. That matches a fixed Visitor. Homeless Man and Theater Guy refer to her as the crooked girl. Game files have used the alias Anxiety.

The biography is a firing, then a raid. Coworkers were afraid of how she looked, and she lost the cashier job. Home was attacked, a roommate was left motionless, and she ran when one of the attackers went to the fridge. She says the sun did not burn her, which the protagonist does not take at face value. At the door she is anxious and in denial. Repeat the checks and the denial breaks. The next night she can be heard mumbling at the storage door.

The dangerous part is not the first conversation. If two or more Visitors are inside, the character article says she kills other guests on the following nights until she is shot. If you refuse to shoot her after that starts, she kills the protagonist. There is no separate ending spoke with her name. She is a survival problem inside an otherwise ordinary week, and she is also one of the names people search when they want the whole NINAH cast. Pair this page with Coat Guy if you are learning the fixed Visitors first.

Roster tells

Always a visitor, including in the demo. She may not realize it at first.

Night 1, storage room, and every standard check agrees. She is always a visitor, and she is the only character described as matching all of the usual signs at once. She is still polite and frightened, and she can kill later if another visitor is in the house. You do not need a special exception for her; the checks are unanimous.

Visitor version

  • She is the only guest whose teeth, hands, eyes, and armpits all match the standard visitor pattern at the same time.

Room conflict: Homeless Man or Theater Guy in the back corner of the storage room take her spot.

Endings and achievements

No dedicated ending is tied to this entry in the roster. Survival endings still care whether a Visitor is alive in the house on day 14.

FAQ

Is Cashier Girl a Visitor?

This roster says night 1, every time. A fandom line about the second night is unverified against that field.

What happens if you let Cashier Girl live?
