Who they are
Debtor is randomized, office, from night 1. Heavier build, long hair, a short neck beard, an unbuttoned blue plaid shirt over a hairy chest, glasses, green shorts. Eyes are blue with black in the iris. Teeth are yellow and some are missing. He is awkward, sometimes cheerful, angry at the bank for freezing the account, and eager to announce that the mortgage is no longer a problem.
The roster contrast is a single image. Visitor: black, fungus-covered armpits. Human: an ordinary armpit without that black pattern. That is the whole stored check. Missing teeth and the open shirt are recognition.
No room conflict is filed, no ending, no phone number. He is a night-1 office body. If the armpit is ordinary and the nightly clue agrees, he is a legal early human. If the armpit is the black pattern, he is the Visitor version.
Do not confuse the fungal armpit with Coat Guy's sweating confession. Coat Guy is a fixed Visitor. This man rolls.

Both armpits are fungal, so look at the color and the shape. A normal armpit with ordinary fungus is human. A dark, wrong-looking black fungal patch is the visitor. He only has that one physical split, and the cultists will take the couch out from under him on Night 8.

- Seeing fungus is not enough. The human debtor has it too.
