Babushka

Living Room · Night 4+

There is no human version to compare. She is fixed as a visitor: count six fingers, watch the left eye disappear as the face slumps during a long talk, and expect a rainbow halo around a black silhouette. Those are confirmations, not a test you can pass by finding one clean feature.

Angry Guy or the depressed twin in the cushioned armchair takes the chair she uses.

  • Six fingers on the hands, a face that melts across a long conversation, and a rainbow ring around a black photo silhouette.

Cat Lady

Living Room · Night 4+

You are not trying to clear her. She is always a visitor, she says so, and the cat in her arms is the reason to let her in anyway. That cat opens the basement, which is required for both Shroom or Doom and Embrace The Inevitable. She may kill the same night you admit her, and she will not enter while the closet is taken.

Nun, Suit Guy, or Fairytale Enjoyer in the living-room closet keep her and the cat outside.

Admit her on Night 4 to unlock the basement. Several talks make her dance, and the shot that follows is Bullet Dodger. Feeding the cat is Your Fluffy Master.

  • She does not hide it: stretched green-tinted skin, a too-wide grin, and a body that can bend past a gunshot.

Coat Guy

Living Room · Night 1+

Do not hunt for a hidden human version. Coat Guy is always a visitor, and being freezing is not the proof. Keep him for four days and he opens the coat: the stomach is a black hole, and everyone else in the room dies. Shoot him or throw him out afterward.

Four days of conversation open the stomach and unlock Event Horizon. The reveal kills every other guest sharing the room, visitors included.

  • He feels cold and says he cannot sweat. The developers have said that temperature problem is not what makes him a visitor.
  • No separate human checklist is published. He is fixed as a visitor, and the late reveal is the hole in his stomach.

Big Momma

Office · Night 3+

She is not a maybe. Big Momma is always a visitor, she laughs about being let in, and the filed teeth, peeling nails, and red eyes are the body you get. There is no human checklist. She shares the office armchair with the kindergarten teacher, who is the guaranteed human on that seat.

Cheerful Man, College Runaway, Kindergarten Teacher, or Sleepless Man already in the office armchair take her chair.

Refusing her starts a persistent knock at the window. Character notes tie that knock to Do Not Disturb, but the achievement list on this site describes a different trigger, so that link is not treated as confirmed.

  • Filed upper teeth with odd gaps, peeling nails, and red sclera. She explains the nails as a disease she has forgotten the name of.
—
Immortal Man

Office · Night 4+

There is nothing to compare, because he does not have a human form in the full release. Let him stay if you want the forest story: admitting him is what unlocks Lost in the Roots. He will talk about visitors digging themselves out of the ground and about FEMA covering it up.

Letting him inside unlocks Lost in the Roots. He asks to stay until FEMA leaves the area so he can finish the story.

  • No body checklist is published. The full-release species field fixes him as a visitor.
—
Cashier Girl

Storage Room · Night 1+

Night 1, storage room, and every standard check agrees. She is always a visitor, and she is the only character described as matching all of the usual signs at once. She is still polite and frightened, and she can kill later if another visitor is in the house. You do not need a special exception for her; the checks are unanimous.

Homeless Man or Theater Guy in the back corner of the storage room take her spot.

  • She is the only guest whose teeth, hands, eyes, and armpits all match the standard visitor pattern at the same time.
